To develop a software of mapping and classification of the risks of pressure ulcer, fall and phlebitis to help in preventive actions. Methods: Was selected as a resource for developing the software the Java language, by using the NetBeans IDE 6.9.1. The database was developed in MySQL. The system was developed in two stages: prototyping, addressed as the definition phase and the development of the software itself. Results: So, the software was characterized with the following functions: New Patient, Revalidate Risk, Out of Patients, Patient Risk, Filter Risk Factors and Risk Map. Conclusions: With this study it was possible to develop a tool able to performing the risk assessment in a more agile and focused, which will enable to the nurse a better approach towards prevention of these events.
