2010
The outgoing longwave radiation (OLR) over Indonesia area (6 degree N-12 degree S; 95 degree E-135 degree E) was analized by using NOAA 12, 14 satellite data and terascan software Version 2.6 with grid size 2 degree x 2.5 degree. The result show that in 1996-1998 the value of OLR are between 230-320 W per m. Generally the value in dry season are higher than in wet season. During ENSO 1997-1998 the ORL in November-February is higher than the same period in the normal year. Spatial analysis shows that central part of Indonesia (Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi, and part of Kalimantan) have higher OLR than in other regions
