In this research study, methods used were Chi Square Test method to fill a questionnaire with a Likert scale showed to the 100 respondents, of which each respondent to fill a list of questions provided. Based on this research shows that consumers are satisfied with the Waroeng Steak Obonk Margonda Raya Depok Branch. Evidenced by the level of satisfaction and views of the quality of their services.
