An electrical-control steering wheel of a rice transplanter comprises a direct-current motor, a pinion, a rack wheel, a coupler, a U-shaped clamp, a steering wheel and a shell, wherein the coupler consists of an inner shaft sleeve and an outer shaft sleeve; the lower part of the outer shaft sleeve is sheathed on a bearing shaft sleeve of a steering shaft of the steering wheel and is clamped by the U-shaped clamp; the upper part of the outer shaft sleeve is separated from the inner shaft sleeve by a bearing; the lower part of the inner shaft sleeve is fixed with the extended part of the steering shaft by key joint; the upper part of the inner shaft sleeve extends out of the outer shaft sleeve and is inserted into the rack wheel and the steering wheel by key joint; and the rack wheel is driven by the pinion installed on an output shaft of the direct-current motor. The electrical-control steering wheel can replace a steering wheel of the existing rice transplanter; and under the control of an automatic navigation system, the auxiliary driving of a computer can be realized so as to reduce the labor intensity of a driver, the unmanned navigation driving can also be realized, and the weight of the whole transplanter can be reduced, so that the electrical-control steering wheel is especially applicable to the condition that the transplanter works in lousy fields with deep dusty feet.
