RFLP Standardization Report for 210H/BamHI

The 210H/PstI system identified the four polymorphic and two nonpolymorphic fragments indicated in Table 1. St. fragment no. 4 was found in only one of the 72 cell-lines and it should be noted that the correct size of this fragment is 0.7 kb (the automatic calculation defined a value of 0.84 kb).
