The gold prospecting targets quantitative optimization based on information of the magmatic rocks (oxide) in Dunhuang block, Gansu Province

2018
Using computer, the discriminant analysis method to construct quantitative optimization model of gold prospecting targets based on information of the magmatic rocks (oxide) and quantitative prediction model of gold prospecting based on geochemical data in Dunhuang block, Gansu Province. There are 18 magmatic rocks identified close correlation with existing gold deposits (gold ore spots), 123 gold prospecting targets determined by geochemical data, and 27 gold prospecting targets with three levels with 5 Grade I targets (three target areas have found gold deposits distribution, seeing mine rate 58.2%), 9 Grade II targets (seeing mine rate 33.3%), 13 Grade III targets (seeing ore rate 14.8%), optimized distribution in the above 18 within 5km of the rock mass. As a result, prospecting targets by the comprehensive information quantitative optimization have high seeing ore rate.
