Localization Strategy of Introducing Partnering Model in China

By the analysis of the necessity and principles of the partnering model′s localization, partnering model is considered as a rising, scientific and advanced management method. For there exist obvious differences in the aspects of economic system, social culture, managerial concept, etc. between China and other developed countries, the partnering model can't be copied simply. Furthermore, this paper puts forward the principle, the process, and four basic tasks of introducing into partnering model.
