INSUFFISANCE MITRALE ISCHEMIQUE

The prognosis of patients with coronary artery disease may be altered by ischaemic mitral regurgitation. This type of valvular dysfunction is different of the others forms of mitral incompetency in physic examination and pathogeny. We report the case of patient who presented after inferior infarction the acute mitral regurgitation.We insist on echocardiography and the importance of valvular repair combined with myocardial revascularisation.
