In this article appears two results in the form of propositions about free and properly discontinuous actions, which occur in disc rete groups, that in case of acting on a Hausdorff space locally compact aid to identify cases of this type of action. This fact with some examples and some counterexamples acquires knowledge to show the necessity of certain hypothes es given in the propositions.
