The invention discloses a vehicle driving alarming method. The vehicle driving alarming method comprises the following steps of: detecting the relative position of a current vehicle to a lane line and the grasping force of a driver on a steering wheel to determine the lane keeping ability of the driver; acquiring a danger level of a current road that the vehicle travels; determining the alarming level A=D/K of the current vehicle according to the lane keeping ability of the driver and the danger level, wherein the parameter A in the formula represents the alarming level of the current vehicle, the parameter D represents the danger level of the current road that the vehicle travels and the parameter K represents the lane keeping ability of the driver; and executing a preset control strategy according to the alarming level. The invention further discloses a vehicle driving alarming system. The vehicle driving alarming system comprises a lane keeping ability computing unit, a road danger level determining unit, an alarming level determining unit and an alarming control unit. Through the adoption of the technical scheme provided by the invention, the accuracy and effectiveness of auxiliary vehicle driving can be improved.
