Controlling Network Stability and Performance (UC2 White Paper, Univerself)

This white paper is to providing an overview about network stability and proposes three methodologies to control it in future networks. These methodologies are based on preventing vulnerable configurations, making design time verifications and maximising proposer network utility functions.
