The purpose of this study is to assess the process of acceptance of sport wearable computer with TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). The subjects were collected by internet research company and 337 of them were chosen as for final data analysis. Data analysis were conducted using frequency analysis, validity, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 22. The results of the study are as follows: First, perceived usefulness had significant influence on attitude and intention. Perceived ease of use had significant influence on attitude and perceived usefulness. Second, perceived value had significant influence on attitude, perceived ease of use had significant influence on perceived value and perceived value had significant influence on intention. Third, attitude had significant influence on intention.
