On the converse of the Lagrange-Dirichlet theorem

This paper contributes to the classical problem of inverting the Lagrange-Dirichlet stability theorem in the case of analytic potential. Using the Lyapunov direct method, we present several results of instability which, in the case when all Poincare's coefficients are not equal to zero, almost close the problem of inversion
