Plastic film microbubble thermal insulation slurry and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a plastic film microbubble thermal insulation slurry and a preparation method thereof. The thermal insulation slurry is prepared by mixing a slurry body, plastic film microbubbles and water; the slurry body comprises, by weight, 60-80% of cementing materials, 5-20% of coal ashes, 0.5-3% of re-dispersible emulsion powders, 0.1-0.5% of water reducing agents and 0.1-0.5% of polypropylene (PP) fibers; and the weight of the plastic film microbubbles is 10-20% of that of the slurry, the plastic film microbubbles are plastic film air bubble balls, and carbon dioxide is filledin the air bubble balls. According to the plastic film microbubble thermal insulation slurry and the preparation method thereof, heat conductivity coefficient values of materials can be greatly reduced, water absorption is reduced, and the freezing-thaw resistance is improved.
