Solar cell and method for manufacturing thereof

PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce reflexibility by forming an uneven structure with a hemispherical shape by growing silicon seeds. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor substrate is doped with a first dopant. An uneven structure(110) is formed on the semiconductor substrate. A first semiconductor layer doped with a second dopant is formed on the semiconductor substrate with the uneven structure. The first dopant is different from the second dopant. A front electrode(140) is electrically connected to the first semiconductor layer.
