The clinic effect of daytime CRRT in the treatment of elderly patients with acute kidney injury

2014
Objectives To investigate the clinical effect of the daytime CRRT in the treatment of elderly patients with acute kidney injury (AKI).Methods 22 cases of hospitalized elderly patients with AKI daytime CRRT treatment were observed before and after treatment of heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),urine volume, serum creatinine (Scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),the electrolyte,C-reactive protein (CRP),albumin (propagated),APACHE Ⅱ score and curative effect. Results 7 cases were improved (31.8%),10 cases effective (45.5%) and 5 cases invalid (22.7%) in 22 patients.Three groups of different prognosis patients'serum sodium,CRP,propagated and APACHE Ⅱ score before treatment is statistically significant (P < 0.01),while age,sex,Scr,BUN,CysC,potassium,CO2CP and MAP is no statistical difference(P > 0.05).HR,urine after treatment was better,Scr,BUN,CysC improved after treatment.potassium, sodium and acidosis were correctted and the difference have statistical significance(P < 0.01).Conclusions Daytime CRRT can alleviate clinical symptoms of elderly patients with AKI,stabilize vital signs and improve renal function and electrolyte disorder situation, improve the treatment success rate.the age, blood sodium,APACHE Ⅱ score, inflammation and nutrition status could predict the prognosis of patients.
