The present invention discloses three-dimensional ultrasound image based on the statistical method and system for sequence reconstruction. The method comprises: according to the given imaging parameters, constructs a three-dimensional ultrasound image of the original region of interest; traversal sequence for each frame two-dimensional ultrasound images, a threshold value calculated from the contribution of each pixel; arbitrary two-dimensional ultrasound image sequence is a reference image, calculates all the other frame image with respect to the rotation matrix of the reference image and the translation vector; traversing constructed three-dimensional ultrasound original image, according to the rotation matrix and translation vector, the contribution of the threshold value by the distance pixel in the search range to determine the optimal interpolation range, depending on the distance weight factor for three-dimensional ultrasound image voxel assignment, and refresh from the right voxel weighting factors; traversing the three-dimensional ultrasound image, weighting factor calculated voxel value of vacant voxels by an interpolation method based on the search range and distance weight. The present invention enables fast and accurate three-dimensional volume reconstruction of ultrasound image data, provide theoretical guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lesions.
