The invention relates to an SV direct sampling and GOOSE message same-port transmitting method and belongs to the technical field of relay protection in intelligent substations of electrical power systems. According to the method provided by the invention, time division multiplexing is performed on a transmission channel on the basis of ensuring SV sending time accuracy according to SV direct sampling and GOOSE message transmitting characteristics, GOOSE message receiving and sending are performed between two frames of SV messages, the frames of GOOSE inserted between two frames of SV messages are computed dynamically according to specific project configuration files, the transmission bandwidth of the path is used maximally, the transmission delay of the GOOSE signals is shortened, and an Ethernet controller message receiving mechanism is used for solving the problem of chaos time scale, through an FPGA (field programmable gata array), caused by that an Ethernet controller cannot distinguish the SV from GOOSE messages. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that the GOOSE transmission delay is small, hardware changes are not involved, software processing is simple, the reliability is high, realization is easy, and wide population is achieved.
