Objective Previous studies demonstrated the efficacy of Intramuscular Nerve therapy with a 4-lead percutaneous, peripheral nerve stimulation system in reducing hemiplegic shoulder pain. This case series investigates the feasibility of a less complex, single-lead approach in reducing hemiplegic shoulder pain.
