Rethought on New Problems and Solutions in Transformation of High-tech Achievements

The low efficiency in the transformation of high-tech achievements has aroused wide concern among people from all circles of the society.Based on analyses and reflections upon the problems and underlying causes in the process of transformation,this paper proposes some new solutions to facilitating the transformation of college high-tech achievements.
