Enseñanza y educación ambiental: el camino hacia una sociedad incluyente * Teaching and environmental education: the way to an inclusive society

Through this article we raised the structuring and implementation of teaching strategies in Natural Sciences focused on environmental education area to help at the identification, approach and appropriation of the environmental problem of the Salitre river channel by the Republic of Panama 6th grade students College, who held the project, in order to promote the inclusion of students in the situation of incapacity hearing at the conventional education system. When we implemented the project we prioritized the strengthening of teamwork, respect for the differences and innovative teaching methodologies to meet the educational needs of all students. Therefore, we designed five interventions than turned around the axis of inclusion and environmental education; this resulted in the construction of new conceptions about the river.
