Design of Full-digital Brushless DC Motor Servo System for Rudder

In this paper,full-digital servo system for rudder was designed,based on high performance DSP-TMS320F2812 of TI company and including three close loops,such as inner current loop,outer voltage loop and position loop.Power circuit with voltage pump circuit and driving circuit of power device were also designed.The C programmer blocking language was used in software,and the mend of speed calculation improved the precision of speed calculation and performance of anti-jamming.Finally,the experiments validated the above analysis and showed that design was feasible.
