The invention provides a navigation computer of an optical fiber gyro strapdown system based on OMAP, which relates to the navigation computer of a strapdown system. The invention intends to solve the problem of low navigation calculating efficiency of the navigation computer of a current strapdown system. Three-way gyro signal and three-way accelerometer signal output terminals of a data acquisition module of the navigation computer are connected with three-way gyro signal and there-way accelerometer signal input terminals of a navigation calculating and controlling module, storage signal input and output terminals of an external storage module are connected with storage signal input and output terminals of the navigation calculating and controlling module, and transmission signal input and output terminals of an external transmission module are connected with transmission signal input and output terminals of the navigation calculating and controlling module; interaction signal input and output terminals of a man-machine interaction module are connected with interaction signal input and output terminals of the navigation calculating and controlling module; and the navigation calculating and controlling module are implemented by an OMAP-L137 processor. The navigation computer of an optical fiber gyro strapdown system based on OMAP is suitable for the optical fiber gyro strapdown system.
