Coculture double-channel mechanical force loading flow chamber device for in vitro cells

2011
The utility model provides a coculture double-channel mechanical force loading flow chamber device for in vitro cells. The device mainly comprises five parts: a spiral cover plate, a glass cover plate, a flow chamber base, left and right connectors and a flow chamber coculture nested block. The spiral cover plate is arranged on the glass cover plate for compressing the glass cover plate. The glass cover plate is positioned above the flow chamber base and sealed by an O-ring to ensure no bacteria inside. A ring groove is formed on the upper surface of the flow chamber base and used for installing the O-ring; positioning holes are punched at the front and the rear parts inside and used for positioning the coculture nested block; and flow channels are formed on two sides of the base and communicated with a perfusion system. The left and the right connectors are threadedly connected with the chamber through a pipe. A glass slide embedded groove and a flow chamber groove are formed at the upper part of the coculture nested block and used for placing an upper-layer glass slide; and a lower-layer flow chamber groove is formed at the bottom and used for placing a lower-layer glass slide. The flow chamber device is connected with the perfusion system, the cells are arranged in the flow chamber, the released molecules are vertically diffused in the culture solution, the diffusion distance is small, and the purpose of coculture is achieved.
