Comparative Study of the Sino-US Collaborative Management System of Higher Education

As the continuing reform of the countries administrative systems in higher education,it shows the trend of condominium. American higher education administrative system has broken the traditional model of decentralization.It focused on the distribution and balance of powers and it strengthened central control of education.A comprehensive,collaborative administrative system was gradually formed.By comparison,we can reflect China's higher education administrative system and learn from the American experience.
