The contribution of knowledge management process capability on supply chain performance: a general review in Malaysia

The contribution of knowledge management process capability (knowledge sources, knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge exchange and knowledge application) on supply chain performance (flexibility, resource and output performances) remain largely unexplored, particularly in the context of Malaysian manufacturing firms. Thus, this study aims to investigate the separate and collective magnitude of contribution of selected elements of knowledge management process capability on supply chain performance among the manufacturing firms in Malaysia as per Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers Directory 2015.
