Two cases of pulmonary metastatic synovial sarcoma and literature review

Synovial sarcoma is a rare and invasive malignant tumor originated from the shuttle mesophyll tissue, metastasizing most commonly to lung.Its clinical manifestations and images are not specific and are easily misdiagnosed.Related case reports are lacked at home and abroad.The two cases of pulmonary metastatic synovial sarcoma in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were analyzed and nine cases reported in literature at home and abroad in 20 years were reviewed to improve the understanding of this kind of disease.
