Quark percolation in nuclei

1986
Abstract The percolation of quarks and gluons in finite size nuclei with realistic density distributions is studied as a function of the interaction radius of the nucleon. Cluster probabilities and effective mean cluster sizes are calculated in order to fit the EMC data as well as the A -dependence of the SLAC data on deep inelastic lepton scattering off nuclei.
