The invention discloses a non-dispersive atomic fluorescence excitation light source purity detection method. The detection method is characterized in that a standard device (comprising a special miniature spectrum detection part suitable for the ultraviolet band and an automatic control system ) for atomic fluorescence light source detection is developed, data collection, processing and analysis software is combined, a standard data atlas database (12 elements) of a non-dispersive atomic fluorescence excitation light source is established, background noise is removed, and comparison with the standard atlas is carried out, so that element determination and purity detection of the atomic fluorescence excitation light source are achieved. The beneficial effects are that the research accomplishment provides an improvement direction for non-dispersive atomic fluorescence excitation light source production enterprises, provides the excitation light source screening basis for producers and users of the non-dispersive atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer, and is of great importance in improving measurement result reliability of the non-dispersive atomic fluorescence method.
