Можливості використання пірацетаму у хворих на травматичний остеомієліт нижньої щелепи з явищами стресорних реакцій

In the article the questions of the possibility of pyracetam in patients with traumatic osteomyelitis of the mandible considered. The authors emphasize the fact that the application of piracetam in complex therapy of these patients eliminates the negative effects of stress. Piracetam normalizes the processes of lipid peroxidation and the state of the antioxidant defense system. Such scheme allows to prevent the development of purulentnecrotic processes and complications in process of healing bone wounds.
