Fan control system

The invention discloses a fan control system. The fan controls system is arranged on a main-board of a notebook computer, and comprises a humidity sensor, a power supply chip, a system fan and a battery of the notebook computer, wherein the battery of the notebook computer is respectively connected with the humidity sensor, the power supply chip and the system fan so as to power the humidity sensor, the power supply chip and the system fan. According to the fan control system, the humidity sensor can be powered by the battery of the notebook computer so that the system fan can be controlled to work by the power chip when the notebook computer is located in an environment with higher humidity after the notebook computer is shut down to keep the system dry.
