English Abstract: This article aims to present the main issues arising from the current regulatory concerning the term of introduction of the action in denying paternity, this being differently regulated depending on the holder of the right to action.Romanian Abstract: Articolul isi propune să prezinte principalele aspecte care decurg din actuala reglementare a termenului de introducere a acţiunii in tăgada paternităţii, acesta fiind diferit in funcţie de titularul dreptului la acţiune.
