The management by processes as business strategy of continuous improvement

As we see nowadays, everything changes, and to intense it, organizations need to adopt strategies which make competitive advantage in the job market. The importance of holistic management is evidente. For this fact, the processes management helps these organizations to restructure your management system, trying to receive better results as objective, using the best manners of your resources to make better values to theirs cliente’s products and optimizing intern procediments. For organizations to remain competitive in the market they must review their processes continuously, as well as seek to associate low cost with a standard of quality excellence, therefore, it becomes important to search for continuous improvement in their activities. In this fact, this article demonstrate the importance of process manager, and how it supports the organizations and restructure their manager systems, which can become to be better in their results. The develop of this search was desenvolved by the review of some literatures and scientific articles which supports the ideia of process manager and the interligation with the continuous improviment and quality. As a way of enriching the reader is proposed a methodology of implementation of management by processes derived from the experiences obtained by the Pro-rectory of University Development of UNICAMP.
