Advances in relationships between the cytoskeleton and tumors

This paper introduces the composition of the cytoskeleton, briefly describes the research progress of its various parts and related regulatory factor functions, and its role in the development of tumor.Analysis shows that the changes of cytoskeleton structure and function can affect the structure and function of cells, and may play a key role in the development of tumor.To study the structure and function of cytoskeleton will help us understand the pathogenesis of tumor and provide new targets for tumor therapy.
