Direction-adjustable guiding catheter with light source and used for nasal trachea cannula

2015
The invention discloses a direction-adjustable guiding catheter with a light source and used for a clinical nasal trachea cannula. The direction-adjustable guiding catheter comprises a bendable catheter body. The front end of the catheter is fixedly provided with a microlamp. The rear end of the catheter body is fixedly provided with a power source for supplying power to the microlamp. Metal wires are fixed to three points, over the front end, on the left portion of the front end and on the right portion of the front end, of the catheter body. The inner side of the catheter wall is provided with three inner channels corresponding to the metal wire fixing points respectively in the catheter direction. The metal wires penetrate through the corresponding inner channels respectively and penetrate out of the catheter body from the rear end of the catheter body. When the direction-adjustable guiding catheter is used, a lightwand is arranged in the tracheal catheter body, and the microlamp is turned on for use. An operator adjusts the lower jaw of a patient with the left hand to make the neck of the patient to be leveled as much as possible and places the tracheal catheter body with the lightwand into the throat of the patient through the nostril with the right hand, light spots in the front of the neck are observed, the position of the lightwand is adjusted, the metal wires are pulled to adjust the direction of the front segment of the tracheal catheter body, till a bright light spot exists at the center of the lower portion of the prominentia laryngea, the tracheal catheter body is placed when the light spots are concentrated and are brightest, and at the moment, the tracheal catheter body is located at the right position.
