Analysis of Influence Factors of Poor College Students Employment Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

In recent years,the situation of employment of college graduates has been becoming more and more grim.For an important part of college graduates and the difficulties they faced- poor students and their employment problems,we obtain the degree of importance of four aspects-government,college,family and college students themselves using AHP.By analyzing the significance of each weight in guiding poor college students employment,we put forward a few suggestions to improve the ability of their employment.
