The utility model relates to a thoracic closed drainage tube which comprises a main drainage tube, a front drainage connector, an erecting core component, an air bag, a limiting stopper, a spring, an air tube, an inflation valve and a rear drainage connector. The front end of the main drainage tube is in closed connection with the front drainage connector, the rear end of the main drainage tube is in closed connection with the rear drainage connector, an air channel is arranged in the tube wall of the main drainage tube, the air bag is closely and fixedly arranged on the front portion of the main drainage tube, the air channel of the main drainage tube is communicated with the air bag and the air tube, and the other end of the air tube is closely and fixedly connected with the inflation valve. The limiting stopper which can be fixed on any position of the main drainage tube in an interference fit mode is sleeved in the middle of the main drainage tube, and the spring is arranged in a center through hole of the main drainage tube and located in the front middle portion of the main drainage tube. The erecting core component comprises a blade, an erecting core and a handle, wherein the blade, the erecting core and the handle are fixedly connected in sequence from front to back. The body of the ejecting core is arranged in the main drainage tube, the blade at the front end extends out of the front drainage connector, and the front end face of the handle makes contact with the tail end of the rear drainage connector. The thoracic closed drainage tube is safe and convenient to use.
