The present invention relates to a MLDH-Fluorescein intercalated fluorescent probe assembly, wherein: the magnetic carrier is a layered double hydroxide MLDH to luciferin intercalation object, prepared by reaction from a low temperature ion exchange. The present invention synthesized MLDH-Fluorescein probe having superparamagnetic, bright fluorescence signal and a high thermal stability, nuclear targeting cell transmission intensity, can quickly penetrate the cell membrane, through the cytoplasm to the nucleus and the fluorescent substance delivery enriched to the nucleolus, cellular transport as a mechanism of MLDH system to evaluate nuclear targeting transmission efficiency fluorescent probe. The present invention is applicable to fluorescein, fluorescein labeled construct drug or biomolecule targeted delivery system, having a bright fluorescent signal, high storage stability, multi-functional integrated, simple operation, low cost and the like.
