The invention relates to an underground torsion impact stimulation device based on drill string vibration. The device comprises an upper stress transmission assembly, a reset torsion transmission assembly and a torsion activation transmission assembly, wherein the upper stress transmission assembly comprises a vibration transmission shaft, a spacing ring, a driving torsion impact body and a driving torsion impact body compression block; the reset torsion transmission assembly comprises a spline outer barrel, a spring protection barrel, a spring, a spring lower plugging joint, a torsion transmission protection barrel and a spacing joint; the torsion activation transmission assembly comprises a driven torsion impact body and a conversion joint; the vibration transmission shaft and the driving torsion impact body compression block are in threaded connection; the driving torsion impact body is installed on the mounting surface of the driving torsion impact body of the vibration transmission shaft in a clearance fit way; the driven torsion impact body and the conversion joint are in threaded connection; the spring is arranged in the spring protection barrel. According to the device, conversion to circumferential high-frequency torsion impact vibration from axial vibration can be realized, and vibration frequency can be changed according to the number of inner torsion teeth so as to generate high-frequency torsion impact vibration which meets site requirements.
