Methods on investigation possibilities of dark pole electron microscopy in the study of amorphous polymers

Abstract It was shown that diffraction contrast cannot be produced by the density difference of ordered and disordered ranges, but is most probably determined by a favourable orientation of ordered ranges in relation to an aperture diaphragm.
