Existed Problems of Waste Water Disposal System at a Refinery in High Plateau and Reformation

In order to solve the problems existed in a waste water disposal system of a refinery in Xinjiang, which involved the quality and quantity of waste water discharged from an upstream production facility did not meet the requirement; oil isolated system worked inefficiently; and the structure of air floating system was irrational. Serious countermeasures were put forward, such as adding oil and gas separators, reforming deoiler, perfecting air floating process, culturing and taming decomposing bacteria to take full advantages of biochemical system, enhancing the management of the waste water disposal engineering and sludge produced system. Through these technical alterations, the main indexes of water quality of the waste water disposal system met the national comprehensive standards on waste water emmision.
