Estrategias organizacionales para promover el sentido de pertenencia como ventaja comparativa en Migración Colombia.

The Administrative Special Unit of Migration Colombia is the entity that has for aim exercise the functions of authority of vigilance, migratory control and of alienage of the Colombian State. Though it is true, Migration Colombia is the only entity created for such an end in the country, is forced to fulfill by standard high places of quality before the National Government. It is clear that in his Vision tries to be recognized as one of the principal modals of the migratory management in Latin America. Having as premise that the aim of the entity is to reach the proposed vision, one of the big obstacles that intervene for such an end, one finds present in the civil servants assigned to Regional Airport Eldorado, which is translated in the lack of sense of belonging towards the entity, consequently there exists the need to raise strategies organizationally that allow to promote a real internal motivation, which simultaneously allows to restore a value added of an individual way on the part of each of the civil servants, transformed as comparative advantage opposite to other countries of Latin America.
