Частота факторов сердечно-сосудистого риска и эффективность операций коронарного шунтирования у больных ишемической болезнью сердца в сочетании с сахарным диабетом 2-го типа

In the article the factors of cardiovascular risk are analyzed as well as their interrelation with the development of diabetes mellitus in 274 patients with coronary artery disease who underwent coronary bypass surgery. It was shown that more common obesity and smoking were observed in patients suffered IHD in combination with DM. The factors that had influenced on the occurrence of diabetes in patients with coronary artery disease were older age, female gender, body mass index> 30 kg/m2 and worsened history of diabetes. The features of the IHD clinical course were also identified in patients with diabetes mellitus, which included more often registration of worsening angina pectoris and myocardial infarction in their history.
