Trial of deep sea navigation with a single transponder

The underwater vehicle with USBL can be navigated by a single transponder moored on the sea floor.The purpose of the trial is to evaluate the performance of the system operated in the environment of deep sea.The principle of navigation with a single transponder is introduced firstly,followed with a brief analysis of different errors.The trial results from the southern China sea are given in detail.
