'What Is the Justice System Willing to Offer?': Understanding Sexual Assault Victim/Survivors' Criminal Justice Needs

A comprehensive qualitative research is conducted to explain and understand the justice needs of the sexual assault victims/survivors, so that it can be easily incorporated in the justice system. It is shown that the victims perceive justice in completely different ways and put a lot of emphasis on obtaining correct and valid information about all the justice laws and procedures.
