In this study, how and in what direction Enterprise Resource Planning Systems affect the decision of the upper and middle level managers of businesses together with the effects of ERP systems on strategic knowledge management to make enterprises more innovative and competitively advantaged, transformable, and decisions based on ERP systems will be investigated.
