Maxillary antrolith associated with tooth root as nucleus: Report of a case

We report a case of antrolith in the left maxillary sinus, which was 15×10×7mm in size.The calcification, found by X-ray examination, due to sinusitis, was extracted and examined by contact X-ray film, SEM and electron micro pobeX-ray analyzer and pathologically. Nucleus of the calcification was the first molarpalatal root.
