Preparation and characterization of monoclonal antibodies against PCV2 ORF2 recombiant protein

The spleen cells of BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant PCV2-Cap protein were collected and infused with SP2/ 0 cell and 1C7A4,4F3F5 and 4G8F7 3 hybridoma cell strains were obtained by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method.The ELISA titers of Cap antobodies in culture supernatant were 1∶3 125,1∶3 125,1∶15 625 and ascites titers were 1∶390 000,1∶390 000,1∶1 950 000,respectively.The result of ascites Mabs Western Blot assay showed 3 Mabs can react with PCV2 specifically.
