Perancangan Usuluan Perbaikan Proses Sablon Pada Produksi Sepatu Decathlon Di Pt. Xyz Berdasarkan Pendekatan Dmai

Abstrak PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur, dengan sepatu merek Decathlon sebagai produk yang di produksi. Dalam melakukan proses produksinya, masih terdapat produk defect yang dihasilkan. Salah satu proses yang menjadi fokus pada penelitian ini adalah proses sablon. Berdasarkan data historis produksi sepatu Decathlon tahun 2019 menghasilkan sebanyak 973.198 sepatu dengan rata-rata persentase produk defect sebesar 12%. Diketahui bahwa nilai DPMO sebesar 241.425 dan nilai sigma sebesar 3,551 dari hasil perhitungan tersebut dapat diidentifikasi bahwa kapabilitas proses yang terjadi masih di bawah 6 sigma. Dengan melakukan tools analisis diagram sebab-akibat dapat diketahui faktor penyebab terjadinya proses yang bermasalah. Menentukan prioritas perbaikan menggunakan FMEA. Usulan perbaikan yang dilakukan adalah penggunaan mesin conveyor dryer, lembar perawatan dan mesin conveyor dryer, visual display, penggunaan instruksi kerja, dan alat bantu berupa gelas ukur pada proses penuangan cairan sablon. XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing, with Decathlon brand shoes as manufactured products. In conducting the production process, there are still defect products produced. One process that is the focus of this research is the screen printing process. Based on historical data Decathlon shoes production in 2019 produced 973,198 shoes with an average percentage of defect products of 12%. It is known that the DPMO value is 241,425 and the sigma value of 3,551 from the calculation results can be identified that the capability of the process that occurs is still below 6 sigma. By doing a causal diagram analysis tool, it can be seen the factors causing the occurrence of problematic processes. Determine priority improvements using FMEA. Proposed improvements made are the use of conveyor dryer machines, treatment sheets and conveyor dryer machines, visual displays, use of work instructions, and assistive devices in the form of measuring cups in the screen printing liquid pouring process..
