Microsystem with magnetic-transistor transducers for vibration monitoring

The model of microsystem of mechatronic device with magnetic transistor converters is investigated experimentally. It was established that microsystem of mechatronic devices with silicon console, micromagnet and magnetic transistor converters enables to monitor the micromechanical moving on changing the magnetic field on the resonant frequencies of the console with micro-magnet. Proposed microsystem allows obtaining the magnetic signal of movements and vibrations in mechatronic systems and can be implemented in the integral version.
